The Banks Peninsula Track follows the coastline of the bays to the south east of Akaroa, the historic French settlement on Banks Peninsula in the South Island of New Zealand.

Your walk starts and finishes in Akaroa, with free bus transport from Akaroa to Onuku Farm Trampers' Hut departing at 5.45pm on your start date. Safe car parking in the BP Track car park at Mt Vernon Lodge is also included in your booking fee.
