The Track follows the coastline of the bays to the south east of Akaroa, the historic French settlement on Banks Peninsula in the South Island of New Zealand. You start and finish in Akaroa, an 80 kms scenic drive from Christchurch, with free bus transport from Akaroa to Onuku Farm Trampers' Hut departing at 5.45pm on your start date. Safe car parking is also included in your booking fee.
